Q2. What are the investment options available?
Any applicant must make a Donation to the Government Fund of € 100,000; and in addition, pursue any one of the following two options:
Option 1 – Real Estate Investment in an Undeveloped region Investments in North of Montenegro, generally, qualify under this option. An applicant has to invest € 250,000 in an undeveloped region.
Option 2 – Real Estate Investment in Developed region Investments in South of Montenegro, generally, qualify under this option. An applicant has to invest € 450,000 in a developed region.
Q3. Will I have to mandatorily stay in Montenegro after obtaining the Passport?
Montenegro does not mandate any stay period. Hence there is no requirement to persistently maintain physical presence in order to sustain Montenegro citizenship.
